Mr. Sattro is able to uniquely combine his experiences from the boardrooms of Los Angeles and the disputes on Hollywood sets to ensure a full suite of services are available to meet the needs of his diverse clientele.
Mr. Sattro found that in order to best serve his entertainment and business clients he had to bring together a team of individuals that had complementary practice areas in order to serve as a full solution to their legal needs.

This made him eager to cultivate his own practice, one that would effectively intersect his expertise in the business arena with the interests of those in the entertainment industry. Gordon K. Sattro has been working in the entertainment industry since the early 2000's. Throughout this time, he has represented actors, directors, writers, producers, singers, songwriters, and DJs.
As the Founding Partner of Sattro Law Group, Mr. Sattro gathered a team of great attorneys in order to provide a full suite of services to his entertainment clients. With his executive-level experience, he represents clients in transactions involving the development, financing, production, and distribution of home video, motion picture, television, music, and interactive entertainment projects.
Mr. Sattro understands first-hand the day-to-day operating challenges and therefore has an unparalleled expertise in taking a film to market or structuring a music licensing deal.

As a former executive for a Fortune 500 company and a Director for Corporate Development and Strategy for another Fortune 500 company, Mr. Sattro honed the ability to impress people with his words and actions. Successfully recovering hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of his clients, Mr. Sattro knows how to assess a litigation matter put before him, how to strategize a speedy and satisfactory settlement, and, when necessary, litigate a matter in trial to ensure their client is made whole. Blair Aihara has been serving the greater Los Angeles area as a tax attorney for several years. With a background in Accounting and Finance and years of experience of working with individuals and small businesses on complex tax matters, he is able bring a different view of what it takes to establish a successful business and keep it going year after tax year.
Mr. Aihara’s practice focuses on small to medium sized businesses as well as high-net worth individuals. Michael W. Schroeder
Michael W. Schroeder, provides superior legal strategies in intellectual property and corporate transactions with a primary focus on proper protection, growth and enforcement of a company’s unique and valuable copyright, trademark and trade secret assets.
Mr. Schroeder's abilities rely on his extensive expertise in domestic and international trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation, having represented hundreds of trademark clients at all stages before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), including in appeals, oppositions and cancellations. Mr. Schroeder frequently counsels Sattro Law Group’s clients on copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition issues, and represents our clients in such intellectual property enforcement and defense matters in both the federal district and state courts of California.
Mr. Schroeder’s also provides expertise in privacy, data security and digital marketing matters. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (IAPP / CIPP-US), Mr. Schroeder has extensive experience drafting and implementing privacy policies, cookie policies and terms and conditions of use for websites, services, mobile apps, and wireless internet connections for major retailers, software developers, public policy organizations and various other for-profit and charitable corporations.
Mr. Schroeder also represents our clients in Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) arbitration proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO), as well as counsels our clients on federal Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) claims, regarding internet domain disputes. In addition, he counsels our clients on proper formation of social media marketing campaigns, contests and sweepstakes, and has expertise drafting and negotiating all manner of intellectual property licensing agreements and assignments, confidentiality / non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s), and corporate asset purchase agreements.
